Your privacy, kept simple

Say Local is built to work without accounts and without tracking you. This policy explains what little data the app touches and how it's handled. It applies to the Say Local apps for iOS and Android, published by Ripper Apps.

Information we collect

We do not require an account and we do not collect personal information such as your name, email, or location. The phrases you save and your app settings are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us.

Purchases

Unlocks are processed by Apple through the App Store on iOS, and by Google through Google Play on Android. Apple and Google handle your payment details — we never see or store your payment information. We receive only the confirmation needed to enable your purchase on your device.

Analytics & third parties

We may use the standard, aggregated reporting that Apple and Google give developers — App Analytics in App Store Connect on iOS, and Play Console statistics on Android. It is aggregated and does not identify you to us. On iOS you can stop sharing it in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

Children’s privacy

Say Local is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Data retention & deletion

Because your data lives on your device, deleting the app removes your saved phrases and settings. There is nothing stored on our servers for you to request the deletion of.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above and post the revised version on this page.
